This position is responsible for processing all Casino and Executive reservations, answering incoming calls and directing inquiries, inputting room reservations into the computer system, providing callers with various types of information regarding the property, and listening and documenting information accurately while on calls.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in Hotel operations.
Proficient on LMS, Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
Must be self-motivated and work with a positive attitude.
Must work well both individually and as part of a team.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery to do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; deal with service failures and prioritize customer needs.
Ability to operate various types of office equipment including, but not limited to; personal computers, printers, calculators, copy machines, FAX machines, telephone, and other departmental related systems.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Must be fully vaccinated.
Must have open availability.
Must be able to pass Gaming Background check.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
