Key
Responsibilities:
Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis.
Greet each guest in a polite and courteous manner.
Identify tickets requested.
Ask each guest about our loyalty card program and/or describe the benefits.
Complete credit card, gift card and cash transactions while making accurate change.
Enforce ratings policy (checking ID on underage guests) Thank each guest after each transaction.
Ensure the security of box office currency and tickets.
Keep box office neat and well organized.
Maintain the highest level of customer service as required by Southern Theatres.
Answer guest questions and assist in resolving any concerns.
Follow all safety and security procedures.
Must maintain a professional appearance at all times while on theater property.
Be in uniform ready to work at the start of your scheduled shift.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
Must be 16 years or older High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required Work Permit under 18 years old required in certain states Be friendly and outgoing Ability to listen and follow directions Flexibility with scheduling able to work holidays, nights, and weekends Great can-do attitude and willingness to work Ability to work in and collaborate with a team Dependable with attendance your team and our guests need you!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
