In this multifaceted full-time role, you'll be in charge of overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, and ensuring office staff and processes maintain efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a meticulous professional with excellent communication skills.
Lead office process and staff, including day-to-day operations, in collaboration with the general manager and other store managers' needs Streamline auto dealer systems, including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, and maintenance.
Make sure dealership accounting office and auto finance policies are adhered to and reflect our company's high standards Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers as a professional representative of our dealership management team Perform additional human resources and office administration duties, as needed A high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory Four or more years of experience in office management is required - automobile dealership experience is strongly preferred Excellent time management, problem-solving, knowledge of the automotive industry, and communication skills are needed Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products.
