The goal is to keep our building in a clean, orderly condition.
This job requires Mon, Wed, Friday porter services between 8am and 4pm.
Responsibilities Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Perform cleaning tasks sweeping, mopping, wiping, sanitizing, dusting of the facilities (bathrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, offices, lobby) Pull and replace trash liners as needed, remove all trash and place in designated areas Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Be courteous and professional around customers Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Must be reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Must have reliable transportation Experience and training of cleaning medical facilities and commercial offices Knowledge of OSHA regulations for janitorial Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity High school degree Job Type:
