The primary role of an RA is to assist our residents with all aspects of their daily care.
Our RAs work directly with each resident and their families to provide high-quality person-centered care.
Our ideal candidate would possess:
Valid MS CNA Certification (preferred) Experience in Senior Living setting (required)
Responsibilities:
Providing care to residents according to their established service plan.
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including:
personal care and dressing.
Ensure resident personal care needs are met in accordance with his/her wishes Participate in development and updating of resident service plans Communicate with family members, coworkers, and supervisors to ensure consistent, quality care is provided at all times.
